Check-in, cancellation, parking, pets and payment — everything in one place.
Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is by 11:00. Arriving earlier or leaving later is usually possible if the room is free — just message us the day before and we will do our best. Late arrivals are no problem: tell us your approximate time and we will wait for you.
Bookings made directly with us can be cancelled free of charge up to 7 days before arrival. Within 7 days of arrival, the first night is charged. No-shows are charged the first night. Cancellations made through Airbnb or Booking.com follow that platform's own policy.
There is no private parking at the rooms, but a free public car park is available about 50 metres away. Petra is small enough to walk everywhere once you arrive.
Small, well-behaved pets are welcome by prior arrangement — please tell us before you book so we can give you the most suitable room. We ask that pets are not left alone in the room and do not sleep on the beds. There is no extra charge, but any damage is charged at cost.
For direct bookings you pay on arrival in cash (euro) or by bank transfer in advance. Card payment can be arranged on request. No prepayment is needed to hold a direct booking — we simply confirm by email. Bookings made through Airbnb or Booking.com are paid through those platforms.
Breakfast is not included, but the bakeries and cafés on the square open early and are a two-minute walk away. Some rooms have a kitchenette or a fridge if you prefer to eat in.
Yes — every room has free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a private bathroom and a TV. Towels and linen are provided and changed during longer stays.
Fly to Mytilene (MJT) and drive roughly 1 hour 15 minutes north, or take the ferry from Piraeus or Chios. Taxis and rental cars are available at the airport, and we can help arrange a transfer if you let us know your arrival time.
